We are delighted to win the Apprenticeship Employer of the Year award at the recent Bradford College awards. Along with this we are proud to say well done to our very own Joshua Coates for winning Engineering Apprentice of the Year!
A huge thank you to everyone at the college who nominated and voted for us and for Joshua – this recognition means a great deal to our entire team.
Around 10% of our workforce are apprentices – we are committed to developing the next generation of engineering talent. We take on apprentices, upskill them at every stage, and build a continuous pipeline of skills that grows stronger as our business expands.
This vision runs throughout our management team, with many employees on development plans to achieve their full potential.
In engineering and across Bradford, closing the skills gap is essential. By investing in apprenticeships, we enhance skills and help sustain a strong local workforce for the future. Our dedicated team invests significant time mentoring apprentices—this award recognises their hard work and belief in our young talent.
As well as the award for Apprentice of the Year and Apprentice Employer of the Year, our team won the Apprenticeship Games 2026.
